on Interest Analysed
The Qur’aanic word Ar-Riba is grossly misunderstood. It is
assumed to have not been defined in the Qur’aan. That is a grievously wrong
assumption.
Based on that wrong assumption,
the Supreme Court of Pakistan had pronounced a judgment some years back.
